Concerned about climate change, perturbed about plastic, carbon confused or bamboozled by biodiversity loss and what to do about all of them? This creative pop up space first appeared at the old NatWest bank in Grange over Sands - where will it go next? ◾ Talks ◾ Workshops ◾ Walks ◾ Activities
Words like climate change, global warming, ocean acidification, deforestation and soil degradation trip off tongues so easily these days, but do we have time to stop and find out what they mean to us in our busy lives?
This unique pop-up space is open in Grange over Sands from 8-29 Feb 2020, Mon-Sat, 11-5 to help us understand and navigate through our planetary emergency.
It's a space for anyone and everyone, filled with information presented in quirky and interesting ways - re-using cardboard, second hand toys and games, treasured objects and household waste to help explain these important individual subjects and the complex connections between them that will affect us all.
Look at the Events page for upcoming talks and events; we want to be playful and calm, curious and reflective and everyone is welcome. See you soon.
